A 29-year-old female reported a sexual assault near Loyola’s Lake Shore Campus Feb. 21, according to the Chicago Police Department (CPD). The incident occurred on the 6500 block of North Lakewood Avenue.
The woman told CPD officers she met a man from a dating app and fell asleep at his house. He then allegedly had intercourse with her without her consent or knowledge, according to an email from CPD News Affairs Officer Christine Calace.
The victim described the man as 6-feet-5-inches tall, weighing 250 lbs and named “Rick.”
Calace said the victim was uncooperative with police and walked away during the investigation. No one is in custody at this time.
